This is caused by an incompatibility between our Free Shipping Bar app and the Turbo theme you are using.

The Problem:

  • Our bars require a full page refresh to load.
  • Your theme, Turbo, avoids refreshes when navigating throughout the site (by default)
  • As a result, the bar initially loads but disappears after clicking on internal links.

The Solution:

  • Turbo's development team recommends using Sport Mode to resolve this issue
  • You can find this option under Themes > Customize > Theme settings > Performance
