If you have created free shipping bars that target various countries, you may want to test if they are working properly.

Testing Geo Targeting requires knowledge of how VPN and browsers work together. We strongly recommend asking your developer to test it for you. The easiest way to test it is to ask a person from the targeted location what they see.

Using a VPN to test Geo Targeting is NOT always accurate. A lot of factors could affect the result, such as the browser cache and wrong IP address.

When you test it, please visit whatismyipaddress.com on the same browser and the same tab to verify your IP.

If your IP is correct and the Geo Targeted message still doesn't show, please send us a screenshot and the IP shown on whatismyipaddress.com. We can then further investigate the reason it did not work during your test.
