Free Shipping Exceptions (FSB)

The Free Shipping Bar app offers control over which products either do not contribute to achieving free shipping, or even inhibit free shipping.

 

To set this up, use the Free Shipping Exceptions tool found in the Targeting section of the bar configuration:

If there are products that do not count toward free shipping but free shipping can still be achieved, click on the top check box:

You will then be prompted to add products:

Click the button to add products to open a product picker:

Once you've added products, you will have the choice of what the bar should display on product pages for those products:

To remove products from the list of excepted products, simply click Add/Remove Products and uncheck the products you wish to remove.

 

 

 

If you have products that, when purchased, always incur shipping fees, select the second check box:

You will then be prompted to add products:

Once you've added products, you will have the choice of what the bar should display on product pages for those products:

You can also specify what message the bar should display after an item that incurs shipping fees is added to the cart:
